Sharon Jarvis recently returned to the UK after living in Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Whilst in South Africa, she took creative writing courses and had a children’s story – The Great White Toothache – published in a South African magazine. She has also worked as a technical assistant in the laboratories of mining companies.
Sharon is interested in history, especially Tudor history, and is hoping to complete her Tudor ‘Letters’ in the near future as well as continuing with short stories and writing her biography. Askance are pleased to include Sharon’s story The Fat Man in the Positional Vertigo anthology.
Sharon has two grown-up sons and lives in Kent with her husband.
